The Personalized Stress and Fitness Profile (PSFP) is the most accurate and comprehensive stress analysis ever developed. This instrument was developed by a task force of experts in the field of stress management, under the direction of Dr. Jay S. Segal. The 347- item profile provides a Personalized Summary Report that acts as a “mirror,” reflecting your strengths as well as the areas you need to work on to positively impact the management of your stress and the quality of your life.

For the first time, we are able to provide this 11-phase questionnaire in the comfort of your home, business, and generally, at your leisure. Additionally, you will also receive the Stress Solutions Handbook to better understand your results.
